Remove a social connection

You can revoke Faryen's access in the connected social platform's settings. This stops Faryen from using that platform authorization. If you want the related account data and saved content removed from Faryen as well, send us a deletion request using the steps below.

Request deletion of your Faryen data

1. Email office@nominov.com from the email address used for your Faryen account.
2. Use “Faryen data deletion request” as the subject.
3. Tell us whether you want your full account and workspace removed or only a specific connected account and its related data.

We will verify that the request is yours, then remove the relevant connected account credentials and workspace data unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve an active request. We will confirm when the request has been handled. Do not email us passwords or access tokens.

What this does not remove

Deleting data from Faryen does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, or another social platform. Manage those posts in the platform itself. Revoking a social platform connection also does not automatically delete your Faryen account.
