Faryen is a social media planning and publishing service operated by Ingeniom LLC. This policy explains the information we use to run the website and app, connect the accounts you choose, publish content you approve, and show available analytics. Information we process
When you use Faryen, we process your sign-in email, workspace settings, connected account names and identifiers, content and media you upload, publishing plans and outcomes, and analytics returned by connected platforms. We also process the technical information needed to keep the website and app working, such as request and error logs.
Connected social accounts
You choose which available social accounts to connect. When you authorize a platform, Faryen receives access tokens and account information permitted by that platform. We store tokens in protected server-side storage; they are not sent to the browser app. We use them only to perform the connection, publishing, maintenance, and analytics actions you request or enable.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate you, run your workspace, save drafts and schedules, publish content to accounts you select, display account data, and diagnose connection or publishing problems. We may contact you about a support request you send us. We do not sell your social account data.
Where information is handled
Faryen uses Supabase for authentication, database, media storage, and server functions, and Netlify to host the website and app. Connected social platforms process information sent to their APIs under their own policies. The website may load necessary technical assets, including fonts, from its host. We do not use the marketing website to access your connected social account tokens.
Retention and security
We retain workspace information while your account is active and for the period needed to resolve support, security, or legal obligations. We use access controls and protected server-side storage for social credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us if you believe your account has been affected.
Your choices
You may revoke Faryen's access in the connected platform's settings. You can request a copy of or deletion of your Faryen account data by emailing office@nominov.com from the email address used for your Faryen account. See our data deletion page for instructions. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a pending request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the product and our services change. The date above will show the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will provide an appropriate notice.
