These terms govern your use of the Faryen website and social media scheduling app, operated by Ingeniom LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Questions can be sent to office@nominov.com.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity in your workspace. You must have permission to connect and manage every social account you add to Faryen.
Content and connected platforms
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You authorize Faryen to store it and send it to the social accounts you select for scheduling, publishing, and analytics. You are responsible for your content, the rights to any media you upload, and compliance with applicable platform terms and law.
Scheduling and availability
Faryen works with external platform APIs. Their permissions, formats, limits, and availability can change. A saved schedule does not guarantee publication. Faryen displays available publishing results and errors so you can review them. Features described as planned are not available for live connection or automatic publishing yet.
Acceptable use
Do not use Faryen to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content, or to bypass platform rules and access controls. Do not interfere with the service or another user's workspace.
Service changes
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. We may limit or suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a serious breach of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
Disclaimers and responsibility
We provide Faryen with reasonable care, but the service and external integrations may be interrupted or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee a particular publishing result, reach, or business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
